a. Changes to waiting room procedures include revised seating for social distancing, all touch surfaces have been removed, ie. water bottles, magazines, etc. taken away and minimalist style adopted in the Boston office. The Home-office is a text-the-office and wait-in-your-car situation with no waiting room. It is also suggested that patients do not come early. The Boston office is equipped with an exit door in the treatment room to avoid over-lap with the waiting area.
b. Temperature checks and hand sanitizer upon entry to the treatment room along with COVID screening questionnaires.
c. Full mask wearing mandatory and doctor is utilizing N95 mask filters and all other applicable PPE
d. Increased hygiene and blocks in the schedule set for clinic sanitizing routines. Both treatment rooms are equipped with highly rated (consumer reports) Blueair air filters and fogging for sanitization of both treatments post-shift along with hired cleaning in off-hours. Bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized throughout the day with suggested emergency use only.
e. When possible, windows are open for full ventilation.
